Message	Belts squeal with this weather, may need tensioner adjustment. You may have a massive boost leak and are linking unrelated issues together. A failing turbo should be leaking oil into the exhaust and you would have definitely seen some blue puffs on decel. If you have the oil line clogged, the CHRA may sound like that...I've never heard of that but just thinking out loud. Worst case scenario, you don't need to pull your motor to replace a faulty pass side turbo. R&Ring the CHRAs is simple enough when you get it off.
